KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support day to day planning of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient response to customer needs
- Ensure effective deployment of resources to meet daily operation targets
- Review daily operational procedures and plans to support continual process flow improvement, productivity and operations efficiency
- Lead and provide guidance to fellow team members
- Conduct investigation and provide corrective and preventive measures to resolve delivery issues when required
- Ensure compliance of safety standards across the distribution team
- Adhere and ensure that the team follows safety protocols to avoid any personal injury / property damage
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
- Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
- Knowledge on WMS/TMS/OMS and MS Application
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE A Level certification and above
- 3 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required
- Good Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Effective communication
