Job Scope:
Accounting
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Monthly reconciliation & closing of books
- Handling staff claims from review to payment release
- Manage fixed asset and lease asset
- Ensure inventory write down policy and process is carried out as per SOP
- Perform monthly checks in various divisional Sales, Purchases and Inventory and upload relevant transactions to accounting system
- Prepare and submit financial statements to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare internal management repots and group financial reports and related analysis for management review
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Audit and Internal control
- Assist to establish and streamline accounting policy and procedure
- Handling internal and external audit queries, prepare audit schedules when required
- Prepare audited Financial Statement
Taxation
- Maintain a tax schedule for Malaysia corporate tax filing purposes.
- Liaising with tax agent on corporate tax queries and providing tax schedules.
- Monitor new announcement related to Malaysia SST, WHT and corporate income tax.
- Handle WHT tax and COR application as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Min. 4 years experience in Accounting(Full sets)
- Familiar with Malaysia accounting standards and processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Accounting software: SAP FICO module
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Salary: Up to $5000
- Able to start work within short notice and commit for 6 months
