Technician performs the following functions:
- Oversee lighting maintenance
- Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property
- Carry out planning and schedule work on electrical and building defects
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and requisition supplies and parts
- Check all service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the Condominium Manager
- Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office
- Carry out minor tasks assigned by the Condominium Manager with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (eg. Change of bulbs, painting, minor repairs, etc)
- Any other duties assigned by the Condominium Manager
Requirements:
· NTC 2 or NTC 3 in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· 1 - 2 years of experience in Estate / Building maintenance
