Job Scope
- Provide practical instruction designed to give student on-the-job training and experience working in a professional environment or simulated settings where they can perform the actual job duties of their intended profession.
- Establish or expand programs or develop new, innovative learning formats.
- Co-ordinate the development of unit or core based clinical practice, competence and expertise to promote quality resident care at different levels of nursing.
- Responsible for staff induction, clinical education/training, in-service education, hospital or unit and core-based professional growth and precept student nurses from learning institutions.
- Translate the training into e-learning for staff.
