Industry: Electric Power Construction (H2 Power Plant)
Responsibilities:
- Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
- Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
- Monitor and control expenditure against the budget.
Tendering and Contract Administration:
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Evaluate and negotiate tenders and contracts.
Project Coordination:
- Work with project teams to ensure accurate cost control.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Site Visits and Inspections:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to specifications and within budget.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and financial forecasts.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project developments and variations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in power plant or largescale infrastructure.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
