• Work with relevant team(s) to plan and coordinate job production, prioritize tasks, and adjust schedules as needed to meet changes in deadlines and updates.
• Comply with all health and safety standards and workplace legislation.
• Communicate effectively with the assigned supervisor, internal teams and own team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met and follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.
Scope of Work:
• Leading a team of operators to meet safety, productivity, quality, waste requirement and delivery schedules.
• Analyse job process requirements, give recommendations and process improvements implementation.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions to customer complaints.
• Ensure quality meets customers' standards.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping, ISO and Audit compliance
• Oversee the deployment of employees, their training, and professional development.
• Measuring and maintaining operational performance indicators, including OEE, production output, waste reduction, and product quality.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Production.
