Job Description:
- Managing the recruitment process including sourcing for candidates, screening and interviewing potential candidates.
- Job matching for potential candidates, preparing and drafting contracts, and closing cases.
- Posting of job advertisements.
- Partnering and working alongside with clients to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Any field
- No experience needed as on the job training will be provided; will be attached to a mentor for guidance!
- Have a keen interest in HR or Talent Acquisition!
