Responsibilities include
· 6 monthly audits by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and National Environment Agency (NEA)
· Assist the Home to investigate environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
· Monitor and amend the implementation of the programme within the premises for effectiveness where necessary
· To develop training and activities to sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards
· Proper documentation of records for reporting to the NEA or authorized officers
· Work closely with the relevant vendors for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the Home
Fire Safety Officer (CERT Site Main Controller)
· Review and update fire escape route and fire fighting duties of staff quarterly and conducting fire drill twice yearly
· Ensure all fire fighting equipment are well maintained and in working condition
· Able to be on-site within 1 hour upon activation for emergency
Other duties
· Knowledge of CCTV usage and management to provide security coverage for the Home
· Handle and review reports, safety and security concerns of the Home
· Any other duties assigned by Report Officer (RO)
Pre-requisition
· Singapore and Singapore PR may apply
· A diploma in any discipline with at least 3-5 years of working experience
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly disciplined with people management skills
· WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes (1 day) certified has an advantage
· Individuals with training in CPR + AED training has an advantage
· Experience in a healthcare setting has an advantage
· Own vehicle has an advantage
· 5.5 days work week (alternated Saturday)
