Our mission is to organize the movement of cities. We believe that technology will change how we move, and that our Core Mobility Engine has the power to fuel the transformation of the mobility and logistics sectors. The SWAT product team is on a mission to build a suite of transport and logistics products which will empower businesses to change the way they organise movement.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in the mobility space
- Open-source contributions
- Published papers in peer-reviewed journals
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in the analysis and visualisation of spatial data, e.g. Mapbox, CartoDB
Qualifications:
- Masters/PhD in a quantitative field: computer science, electrical engineering, e.g. statistics, mathematics, operations research
- Familiarity with Python, especially the mathematical/numerical packages, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Theano
- Deep knowledge of statistics and machine learning algorithms, and experience applying this knowledge to live datasets
- Desire to work at a fast-paced, dynamic tech startup
