What you'll do:
As a Cloud Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our client's digital assets. You will lead initiatives to identify vulnerabilities in Cloud platforms and workloads, oversee daily operations of various Cloud security solutions, and enhance the vulnerability identification process for Hybrid Cloud platforms. Your ability to steer Cloud Security solutions in alignment with the organisation’s cloud strategy will be key. You will also conduct research on advanced threats that could compromise security controls and protocols. Your role will involve monitoring new threats and complex attempts to infiltrate security controls while developing deep expertise in early lifecycle security techniques. Your commitment to improving vulnerability identification quality control for the Cloud environment will be instrumental.
- Lead and supervise initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in Cloud platforms and workloads.
- Oversee daily operations of Cloud security solutions such as Aqua, Wiz, Qualys, CrowdStrike.
- Enhance vulnerability identification process for Hybrid Cloud platforms.
- Steer Cloud Security solutions in alignment with the organisation’s cloud strategy and in accordance with security best practices.
- Conduct research and provide leadership updates regarding advanced threats to compromise security controls and protocols.
- Monitor new threats and complex attempts to compromise security controls.
- Improve vulnerability identification quality control for the Cloud environment; collaborating across Vulnerability Management to support end-to-end adoption.
- Perform gap analysis of current controls, identifying deficiencies, formulating recommendations, and developing action plans.
