My client is one of the leading A1 main contractors for building projects in Singapore. They are currently looking for an Architectural Coordinator for a building project.
about the job
- Oversee and coordinate all Architectural works at site
- Coordinate the Architectural works with subcontractors and other trades on site
- Coordinate the Architectural builders’ work.
- Ensure that all architectural requirements are met and that the quality aspect is attained
- Inspect the site development to guarantee the subcontractors' architectural work of acceptable quality
- Plan and coordinate the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating guides, and maintenance tools and equipment
- Monitor and record RFI & RFA
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma. In Architecture / Engineering
- Experience in A1 main contractor environment
- Possess effective communication skills both verbal and digital.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Proficient in Autocad and Sketchup
- Knowledge in BIM Modeling (Revit) will be an added advantage
- Able to commit to 6 day work week (with 1 saturday off every month)
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice period will be a plus
- Current project location :Bouna Vista (NUS)
