The incumbent will be working closely with HR team, to be involved in the recruitment and other human resources activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assist in the administration and execution of HR functions and processes assigned e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programmes, etc.
- Organize files, printing, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Interaction with stakeholders internally and externally of the organization
- Other works or adhoc projects as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task
- Positive attitude, high energy and willing to learn
