- Working Days & Hours: 5 days, 9am - 6pm
- Working Location: Henderson Road (Nearest MRT: Redhill/Tiong Bahru)
- Salary: $2500 - $3500 (Depending on experiences)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, logistics support.
- Create purchase requisition and orders, follow up with supplier and client.
- Liaise with external party (delivery) and arrange delivery schedule.
- Assist in packing, QC check, delivery and collected as and when needed.
- Assist in regular stock inventory.
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing for all administrative and logistics documents.
- Assist in promoting and carry out sales assign by department head.
- To provide general secretarial support to Managing Director whenever needed.
- Ad-hoc duties if director and shareholder come visit.
- Other duties assigned by department head.
