Job Description
- To oversee and lead the recruitment staffing team at strategic and operational level.
- Mentor and coach the team members to ensure they have the support, resources and training needed.
- To collaborates closely with Sales/Account Managers to understand client requirements and prioritize job orders based on urgency and feasibility.
- To monitor recruitment budget allocations closely and reallocates resources based on ROI analysis to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- To implement new sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
- To standardize and implement a structured process for recruitment workflows, job order intake, ensuring clear documentation and prompt assignment to appropriate staffing specialists.
- To implement a candidate feedback system to capture satisfaction levels throughout the recruitment lifecycle and identifies improvement opportunities.
- To implement a structured onboarding process that sets clear expectations for candidates, reducing post-offer rejections due to misalignment.
- To conduct regular audits of the candidate database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance to current client needs.
Requirements:
- Seasoned professional with at least 5 years' experience in managing or leading a team of agency recruiters, with a focus on contract hiring or temporary staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourcefulness, hungry and humble
- Good team player
- Ideal, but not a must: Diploma / Degree in any field
- NOT required to do sales pitches to clients
