Jobs Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and visas.
- Manage calendars to ensure effective scheduling and organization.
- Assist with expense preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Review, record, and secure necessary approvals for invoice payments.
- Provide support for meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
- Professionally attend to and receive guests at the reception.
- Assist with meeting room bookings.
- Gather and prepare company reports and presentations in advance of meetings.
- Manage team leave records and submissions through Workday Leave Management.
- Maintain records of travel and meetings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Job Requirements
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or MNC background
