Job Description

  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Assist in the same efforts across the region.
  • Grievance Handling: Provide guidance and support on performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • HRIS Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Compliance: Stay abreast of local labour laws and regulatory requirements in each country to ensure HR practices remain compliant.
  • HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organisational objectives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and regional stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organisational growth initiatives.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Regional HR Manager to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance in Singapore
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Any knowledge of employment laws and regulations across Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Hong Kong is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience with WHYZE HRIS is an added advantage.
  • IHRP-certification is a plus.
