Job Description:
* Assist Sous-Chef work in daily kitchen operation
* Cook meals according to recipe
* Ensure quality and safety of cooked meals
* Supervise team of Catering Assistants
* Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
* Others duties assigned by Sous-Chef
Requirements:
* Min 2 year chef experience working in F&B or line cooking
* Hands-on experience cooking South Asian, Western and Local cuisines
* Able to work in shifts
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
