- 5 Days per week, retail hours

- $2800 + $100 (Grooming Allowance) + $300 (Transport Allowance, for MBS only) + Comm (Store & Individual)
Description:
- Sales and Customer Service Management:Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Inventory and Stock Management:Oversee stock levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Staff Supervision and Training:Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and store policies.
- Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.
- Operational and Administrative Duties:Prepare sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and customer trends.
Requirements:
- Exp in leading a team is required for Supervisor role
