Responsible for safe and timely delivery of goods to customers; maintain accurate inventory and ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
Responsibilities and Duties
DELIVERY DRIVER
1. Review orders, verify and load goods then deliver goods to customers in a safe, timely manner
2. Plan delivery routes
3. Get customers to acknowledge receipt by signing on the DO documents
4. Collect payments
5. Update status in CDMS app upon completion of delivery
6. Collect items from suppliers; verify item and quantity
7. Maintain daily delivery / collection log
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
1. Receive goods, do a visual inspection of items and a physical count to verify quantity
2. Sort, organize and store inventory
3. Load and unload goods from vehicle; unstuff container
3. Pick, pack and tag goods for delivery to / self-collection by customers
4. Update inventory in ITS (Inventory Tracking System) and invoicing software
5. Conduct periodic stock-take of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy at all times
6. Do general housekeeping of warehouse and workstation
