KSK Design and build Pte Ltd is a renovation company providing full end to end interior design and renovation services for both residential and commercial customers.
We are having our own in-house aluminium and glass fabrication services for window, doors, skylight, trellis & staircases as well as our own in-house carpentry works.

Position: Interior Designer
· Experience Interior Designer having 2~3 years of experiences for both residential and commercial renovation.
· Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
· Work closely with customers throughout design development and implementation stages.
· Communicate and coordinate with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders.
· Prepare submission drawings to authorities.
· In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion.
Requirements
· Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
· 2-3 years of experience in project management and design. Fresh grad are welcome to apply too.
· Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials.
· Ability to work in fast pace environment.
· Experience in using AUTOCAD and 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
