- Monthly payroll tabulation activities
- Apply and manage different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
- CPF Submission
- Manage whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement
- Provide Advice on HR-related matters
- Responsible for Onboarding and Exit process
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required
- Must be able to work as a team
- Any other admin duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Higher Nitec preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR industry
- Good Knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment laws
- Be Meticulous to details
- Possess excellent writing (Must) and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task effectively and work Independently as part of a team
- Proficient in MS. Excel - Pivot table and MS Words
