Administrative Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• A liaison between internal departments coordinating with Sales and Operations

• Assist sales in generating quotations and follow-up on backlogs

• Prepare monthly equipment maintenance schedule for Operations

• Coordinate delivery, collection and breakdown of equipment

• Prepare delivery documents for the rental of equipment

• Maintain proper records and filing of documentation

• Assign and schedule tasks for operations and inform/update for any unforeseen changes.

• Assist in admin role and other matters

Job Requirements:

• Meticulous and structured, yet adaptable and flexible in approach.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency

• Exceptional social skills to effectively interact with various parties

• Ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Resilience to handle demanding requests from sales, operations, and customers.
