Job Responsibilities
• A liaison between internal departments coordinating with Sales and Operations
• Assist sales in generating quotations and follow-up on backlogs
• Prepare monthly equipment maintenance schedule for Operations
• Coordinate delivery, collection and breakdown of equipment
• Prepare delivery documents for the rental of equipment
• Maintain proper records and filing of documentation
• Assign and schedule tasks for operations and inform/update for any unforeseen changes.
• Assist in admin role and other matters
