Job Description:
- Support and oversee all warehouse activities for the company.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to the Warehouse to Retail Outlets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as sales team, to prepare necessary documentation as required by them to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Prepares necessary documents such as delivery orders (DO) and ensures that the inventory system is updated accordingly.
- Oversee building maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional warehouse environment.
- Assists in annual internal audit and external audit support tasks.
- Assist warehouse manager in regular stock take activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Possess a University Degree from a recognised academic institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong team player, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
