Responsibilities :
- Design and develop art and craft lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of participants while aligning with company objectives.
- Teach a variety of art techniques and skills, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and other art forms.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Offer guidance to participants to unleash their creativity and create their own work of art in various hands-on art and craft activities.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in art and craft education.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Arts is an advantage
- Experience teaching art to adults is an advantage
- People who want to continue to stay active and involved in sharing their passion for art are welcomed
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of learners
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in various art techniques and mediums
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and a passion for artistic expression
