Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all shipping documentation by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
- Ensure accuracy in shipping records and adhere to the document keeping standards
- Coordinate import shipment documentation with suppliers and arrange with forwarder for timely delivery of shipments to warehouse
- Attend to shipping inquiries and respond within the shortest timeframe
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare operation management reports
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in shipping/logistics management
- Possess 1-2 years of relevant shipping/logistics experience
- Adaptable to fast-environment and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
- Meticulous and organized
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
