Position: Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality & Hotels
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of interior design experience specifically in the hospitality and hotel sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD/Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp.
- Expertise in space planning, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection.
- Experience in creating detailed construction drawings.
- Design Skills:
- Strong skills in space planning and architecture.
- Comprehensive knowledge of interior design principles and practices.
- Proven ability to select and specify FF&E.
- Project Management:
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring project goals are met.
- Collaboration:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead design efforts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
This role is ideal for a seasoned interior designer with a strong background in hospitality and hotel projects, capable of leading design initiatives, managing client expectations, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes
