job description:
1. Handle patient registration and data entry
2.appointments booking for patients
3. general administrative duties in the clinic
4. ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment ( paynow), supplies ( eg medications , masks, stationery) and systems
5. performing insurance /medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portals
6. chaperoning doctor for patient examination
7. assist to prepare and dispense medications
8. assist to prepare and dispense medicines
9. assist doctors in clinical procedures
10. no prior working experience needed, on the job training provided
11. responsible for the cleanliness of clinic , including regular wipe down /cleaning
