Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Professional Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Project Management, Building/Construction Studies, or Engineering, or
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing QA/QC systems in a construction environment.
- Safety Certifications:
- Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Safety Officer Training Course (SOTC).
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
- Experience managing the BCA CONQUAS system.
- Internal Auditor Training: Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
- Construction Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of construction processes and methods.
- Passionate about ensuring the quality of end products.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Flexibility and a collaborative approach with a strong team player mentality.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering construction projects.
- Knowledge of current construction laws, legislation, regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and managing design teams.
- Capable of managing and mentoring staff and developing their skills.
- Experience in dealing with clients, contractors, and construction activities.
- Experience in design, procurement, construction, and delivery processes.
