Responsibilities:
- To handle full set accounts for business entity.
- Responsible for AP & AR process, bank reconciliation, and month end closing.
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting & financial function within the company.
- Ensuring a timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial report.
- Manage tax returns and ensure compliance and accuracy with tax computation.
- Maintain client account transactions, auditing, and statutory.
- To perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability of full set accounts (AP/AR/GL).
- Knowledge of Quickbook and Autocount software will be advantage.
- Possess prior audit experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and team oriented environment.
