Responsibilities:
- Drawing Preparation: Create and modify schematic, detailed, and production drawings.
- Technical Solutions: Develop solutions for technical and design issues in accordance with Singapore’s established standards.
- Presentation: Prepare 2D and 3D presentations and design drawings.
- Data Compilation: Compile data and perform basic design computations.
- Client and Consultant Liaison: Engage in client liaison, authority consultations, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors. Attend design and construction meetings.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake any additional tasks or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD.
