Job Description:
- Involve in full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
- Do monthly payroll processing including attendance/leave checking, reports etc.
- Administration on letter of offer, contract preparation, work pass processing, government paid leave, insurance claim.
- Coordinate timelines, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, and provide any other support when needed.
Job Requirement:
- A diploma/degree holder
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Welcome fresh graduate.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively using initiative and problem-solving skills as well as high attention to detail to complete tasks
- Meticulous, well organised, and good written skills
