Responsibilities:

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
· Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary support and guidance.
· Manage candidate feedback and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
· Contribute to the development of recruitment policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance our overall recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in business development, investing, or entrepreneurship.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
· Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
· Applicants with CEI - Certificate of Employment Intermediaries preferred.
