- Experienced in specifying building materials or related products to architects, designers or consultants.
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and making appointments.
- Create compelling sales pitches.
- Perform research on competition's services.
- Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to inform them about our latest products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to gauge client's needs.
- Charismatic personality and also able to work in a team.
- Ability to work on Sketchup, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign is a bonus.
- Candidates who worked in landscape industry or is a Landscape Architect is preferred.
- Candidates with their own transport is preferred.
