Senior Executive, HR (Talent Acquisition)

The Senior Executive, HR (Talent Acquisition) is responsible to execute planned talent outreach activities to source for potential candidates. He/she conducts the initial screening of potential candidates and administers assessments as per guidelines. He/she is also responsible to track the conversion success rate for each sourcing channel and assist with the preparation of cost and headcount implication calculations of strategic workforce plans and manpower plan.


Job Scope

  • Liaise with internal departments to understand recruitment needs.
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the organisation’s strategic planning.
  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as coordinate with the marketing department for print media, posters, and flyers, as and when required.
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Collaborate with WSG/e2i for career fairs.
  • Liaise with related school programs for traineeship and internship partnering programs.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports for verification and checking of work processes and as required to support HR initiatives for various HR functions.
  • Collect and clean data required for strategic workforce planning and manpower analyses.
  • Assist with the preparation of cost and headcount implication calculations of strategic workforce plans and manpower plans.
