HR Executive/ HR officer/ HR & Admin

Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing and manufacturing Semiconductor machines.

*5 days week / 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• This position is a generalist role where the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions :

1. Recruitment & Selection
2. Training & Development
3. Performance Management
4. Payroll and Benefit Administration
5. Employee Relations & Communications
6. Safety & Security Management
7. General HR Administration

• Has overall responsibility to formulate HR policies and oversee its implementation and compliance
• Ensures statutory and legal compliance on all HR practices
• Regional HR support to China, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management (preferably majoring in Human Resource Management)
• 2-5 years’ experience, preferably from manufacturing environment
• Strong in recruitment and training
• Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
