Responsibilities:
• Work closely with intra- and inter-department members on new products and product design changes, create and perform validation and verification of programs and fixtures, and report results in detailed technical reports.
• Oversee the operation and upkeep of assigned machines, troubleshoot and resolve process abnormalities, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Carry out wiring and assembly of equipment and machines to set up the process line; ensuring all manufacturing systems are correctly installed and functioning.
• Create and modify programs for testing sequences.
• Perform analysis of process data to resolve issues, ensuring production delivery schedules and quality standards are met, and productivity is improved.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
Ability to interpret electrical circuitry diagrams.
Proficiency in C programming and knowledge of PLC programming.
