Store Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. General :

Overall responsible for assist or support store supervisor and reporting directly to Store supervisor.

  1. Responsibilities

- Yearly cycle counting of stock, retrieving and bin-in of stock to shelf location

- Picking and packing of stock for sales

- Create and printing stickers for delivery packing

- Assist and prepare shipping document(picking list, proforma invoice, delivery order, etc)

- Perform housekeeping, safety and take up area of work define by the store supervisor

- Co-ordinate with store supervisor on shipments and packing

- Highlight any stock discrepancy or shortage of packing material to store supervisor

- Assist in other duties as assigned

- Handle position of marking (laser machine)

- Participate and support quality and environment management system


JOB SPECIFICATION

Requirement:

- At least Secondary School with 1 year working experience

- An independent individual who works well under pressure

- Good working attitude and willing to take up new responsibilities

- Good interpersonal skill, team player and committed towards job

- Proficient in Microsoft office applications

- Only Singaporean and Singapore PR need to apply
