- Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints through phone or emails to strive to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customer promptly.
- Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure order information and request are checked.
- Follow up and monitor delivery of customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time. Communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.
- Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders, meet to customer shipping requirement and resolve customer complaints.
- Answer internal and customer enquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer queries from offer to invoicing stage efficiently and escalate complex issues to reporting manager promptly.
- Perform background screening on creation of customer accounts, prospects, competitors and industry trends to support the contract or sales team’s activities.
- Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
- Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Work according to the established guidelines and procedures to maintain consistent quality work.
