Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate (Part-time in Yishun)

Looking for candidates who can work on Saturdays/Sundays and/or weekday mornings for at least half a year.


We are a Medical Clinic in Yishun where you need to take a shuttle bus from Yishun Interchange. Patients’ satisfaction is of upmost importance to us hence we hope to find like-minded people to join us :)

• Register patients for consultation

• Prepare and dispense medications

• Collect payment, advise on various modes of payment

• Handle phone/walk-in queries

• Arrange appointments for patients

• Top up/pack/order medications and supplies

• Submit medical claims to government agencies (e.g. CHAS/PG, HSG, Medisave)

• Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures (e.g. Chaperone, setting up of clinic equipment, perform urine test, taking height/weight/temperature/blood pressure, vision test, prepare lab tubes/forms)

• Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic

• Maintain filing system

• Any other duties assigned by the Clinic Manger and/or the Doctor


Requirements:


• Able to work shifts (including weekday nights, Saturday/Sunday mornings) and to cover colleagues’ absence at short notice

• Min GCE “O”/ “A” levels or diploma holders

• No experience needed as training will be provided

• Good in using computer and Internet

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Humble, hardworking and responsible
