Our client is a big player in the commodities industry and has a strong presence in Asia. They are currently seeking to hire an Admin Executive who ideally has experience in oil and gas products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Provide secretarial support for other staff.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
- Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters (e.g. AGM).
- Collaborate with the IT team in HQ and external vendors on all IT matters.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, which include stationery and multimedia equipment.
- Coordinate office events, meetings and appointments.
- Liaise with Tokyo Gas Asia’s accounting team on payment matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company.
- Able to think logically and rationally.
- Able to persevere and work independently.
