Job Responsibilities
- Be efficient and competent at assigned work stations
- Keeping a vigilant eye to kitchen environment and defects on site, be it facilities or equipment
- Alerting cinema management team of any defects on site
- Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered
- Assisting in stock taking
- Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock
- Storing ingredients and preparing food orders according to prescribed food safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- Able to understand and write simple English
- Must be physically fit and able to multi-task
- Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight
- Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
- Must be fully vaccinated
