Job Description:


We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Admin Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring exceptional service for our catering clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with strong sales and communication skills.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In-charged of verifying and ensuring kitchen schedules are aligned with clients’ expectations and catering sales commitments.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Calling / Emailing Clients to advice on various packages/catering options, including bento sets, to meet their event requirements.
  • Assist with Catering Sales to achieve company targets.
  • Handle and Assist in sales/data entry into our ERP system as needed.
  • Assist in Kitchen/Catering Operations where required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of O-Level qualifications or at least 4 years of relevant experience in Sales or Catering.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and ERP software.
  • Careful and Meticulous in all work done.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
