Warehouse Assistant Supervisor
Job Info:
- Basic $2500 - $3200 + AWS + VB
- 5.5 days work, 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-1pm (Sat)

Job Description:
- Monitor warehouse assistants
- Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management
- Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production, ensuring all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system
- Handle and prepare Delivery Orders and Packing Lists
- Assist with incoming and outgoing cargo
- Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications
- Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List
- Ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
- Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material, and finished goods
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer
- Possess Forklift License (Advantage)
- Knowledge in ISO 9001/SOP Implementation/GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
