Hi Everyone,
An established leading Financial Institution is looking for a CISO to head up the Cyber / Information Security Team. This individual will be expected to have a strong technical Information / Cyber Security background.
Your new role
· Develop and formulate Cyber Security policies, strategies, standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Provide leadership in cybersecurity and create management reports for the group and each subsidiary.
· Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks. Responsible for identifying and managing key risk indicators (KRI) and IT security controls.
· Lead and manage incident response plans and efforts to detect, respond and recover from Cyber Security incidents.
· Lead Incident Response efforts and conduct post-incident reviews.
· Monitor and evaluate third-party risk management
· Develop Cyber Security Training Programs and campaigns to cultivate security awareness
What you’ll need to succeed
· Strong technical experience in Information Security with 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in management role.
· Experience in a senior leadership role overseeing cybersecurity strategy in Financial Institutions.
