Job Responsibilities
- HR administration (Work passess, employment letter & etc)
- Recruitment activities (Job posting, shortlisting, interview & offer)
- On/Off boarding
- Design and run employee training and development programs.
- Maintain HR records, includingemployee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
- Other duty assigns by manager
Job Requirement
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources/ Business Adminitration
• 1-3 years of experience in a generalist role,
• Strong knowledge of local HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
