Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination:
- Source and secure suitable venues for training sessions.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects, including scheduling and materials.
- Course Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote courses.
- Create and manage sales channels, targeting relevant audiences.
- Enquiry and Communication Management:
- Handle course enquiries from the public and interested organisations.
- Maintain clear communication with registrants, including sending mass reminders.
- Program Support:
- Coordinate feedback from participants
- Provide on-site support during workshops as needed.
The Training and Programmes Coordinator is expected to work closely with colleagues in Business Development and Marketing. Clinician applicants who are keen to assist in developing training materials and resources will have an advantage.
