Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics activities from procurement until delivery.
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report
- Filing of documents and data entry
- Coordination with agent on permit declaration information and ensure information are in order prior to submission to customs
- Receive and inspect all materials to tally against shipping documents
- Ensure proper labelling for stock accuracy
- Assist in any other duties as required
Requirement:
- Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel
- Proficient in WMS / SAP
- Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers
