Responsibilities:
· Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
· Monitor day-to-day operation activities warehouse operation to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation
· To liaise and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
· Liaise with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Support on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
· To assist for quality control and continuous improvement.
· Monitor cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
· Assist in any other duties as required
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree related Logistic
· Preferable experience in 3PL
· Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, SAP and WMS
· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
· Forklift license added advantage
