Management Accountantant (Fullset)
Basic salary: Up to $5000 (Depends on experience)
Working hours: 830am to 530pm (5 days work)
Location: Red Hill
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts Department, ensuring its proper functioning
- Lead and manage effectively
- Perform full set of accounts, finance duties including accounts receivable and payables, general ledger management, GST returns, bank reconciliation and cashflow management
- Prepare and maintain accurate and updated financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Liaise with both internal and external parties on operational, audit, tax matters
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Prepare and perform timely submission of GST returns
- Equipped with People Management skill will be advantage
- Undertake other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accountancy with at least 2 to 3 years of costing experience, preferably in MNC or manufacturing environment.
Have a can-do mindset to enhance on process improvement constantly.
Strong attention to details and good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with all levels in the organization and stakeholders in both verbal and written English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills to manage complex financial processes.
Ability to function both as an individual contributor and team player and comfortable working in a fast-pact work environment.
