Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation of network and electrical cable, trunking, cable termination
- Assist in carrying out equipment/cable fault repairs, condition monitoring.
- Liaise with customers, contractors and relevant authorities on electrical work.
- Response to emergency breakdown incident.
- Provide post-sales & technical support for security products, solving technical problems from customer and performs scheduled maintenance visits.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improve service packaging and products configurations.
- Provide in-house technical training on products such as card access, CCTV & anti-intrusion systems.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Have a valid driving license.
- Hands-on with good working attitude.
- Have to travel island-wide to different clients' sites.
- Able to communicate well in English and Mother Tongue.
